To drive true digital excellence, leadership must align stakeholders, build public trust, and bridge the gap between high-level policy and implementation.

With over 20 years of experience building and leading teams across the public and private sectors, I specialize in designing and delivering transformative experiential learning programs. Currently, as the Head of Digital Capacity Building at the UNDP, I lead a team dedicated to driving the digital transformation of UN agencies and governments worldwide.

My career has been defined by leading high-impact initiatives for major international organizations, including:

• Digital Transformation at Scale: Trained over 6,000 staff and government officials across 60 countries, making digital certification an organization-wide KPI.

• Global Innovation Leadership: Led the Innovation Services Team at the World Food Programme (WFP) Innovation Accelerator, designing digital learning experiences for diverse global cohorts.

• Project Acquisition & Management: Successfully acquired and managed a portfolio of numerous EuropeAid project contracts and managed innovation programs for USAID.

• AI & Future-Ready Strategy: Designed and launched "AI for Government" and "Co-Pilot for UNDP" training programs to turn complex strategies into actionable roadmaps.
